I shot this slice of Frasier cake layers for Janina Turziak, owner of Janina’s Fine Desserts in York, Pennsylvania.
This type of photo demonstrates what is included in each layer of her signature Frasier Cake, something I recommended to increase the strength of the brochure that promotes her cakes.
Janina has an incredible story. She moved with her family from Poland to America in the 1980’s. Once here they established foundations for themselves and steadily worked to grow their business opportunities. In 2010 she opened her fine desserts bakery. She uses high quality ingredients to create her delectable pastries, cookies, cakes, and more. If you are in the region known as South Central Pennsylvania (south of PA capital city Harrisburg) it is well worth visiting Janina’s for a coffee, tea, breakfast, lunch, or just some wonderful dessert.
